The location is peaceful, Candolim beach is walkable, and the rooms and amenities are very nice and cozy. The nearby eateries are amazing, and there is nothing negative.

We were greeted by a family who were incredibly friendly and accommodating; our room was upgraded and featured a spacious balcony, excellent air‑con, bathroom facilities, and a fridge, making it a solid base for beach exploration. We stayed during the monsoon, so swimming was prohibited – not the property’s fault. The nearest shop, restaurant, or eatery is a 10‑minute walk away, as breakfast isn’t provided on site.
