The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfy, but I had to wait for security to open the gate and the access card was a hassle.

St James was in a great spot for business near Umgeni Road, yet the ongoing renovations left damp and a musty smell, and the staff forgot to return my earbuds that were left on the bed.
