Hello everyone, we were simply very satisfied, the room was nice, the hotel itself also great, 5 minutes on foot to the train or bus station, Sarnensee 10 minutes on foot, a restaurant directly in the hotel, sauna, so everything was perfect. Thanks! The holiday passed quickly for us.

The bed was comfortable, the spa area was small but pretty and functional. The room was a bit small because it was a loft; I had trouble with the pillow because it was too soft, and it was stated they had a wide selection of pillows, but because the hotel was full, they didn’t have other pillows to replace mine. They did provide a small square pillow that improved the situation.

The restaurant was fantastic and the staff were kind and attentive, making the whole stay lovely; I’ll definitely return.

The staff were very friendly and professional, there was a separate bicycle garage with a charging station, the food was excellent, and the waiter was very knowledgeable.

The location and parking were good, the hotel was neat with nice perks like the wellness area, and the room was comfortable and very clean, but we were disturbed by housekeeping three times—once in the bathroom one day and twice the next morning when they knocked and opened the door.
