All the facilities are brand new. Among the places I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka, this bed was the most comfortable. The terrace is spacious and lovely, and the garden view itself is healing. Hot water flows constantly, the mosquito net is tight, so even though I left the terrace door open in the heat, I didn’t worry about mosquitoes. The Wi‑Fi is great, too. No major issues. I checked in late afternoon, and while the terrace door was closed I felt the room’s air was scorching when I entered. Even after opening the door and running the fan, it took a long time to circulate the air. There’s no air‑conditioner, so if they could pay a bit more attention to that, it would be perfectly comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was light, spacious, and the bathroom was very good. The balcony added coziness. The location was brilliant. The chairs were very uncomfortable; I work online and my back started hurting after an hour on them. I would definitely replace them.

I liked everything about the villa, but it would be even better if they included main toiletries and basic needs like an iron.

“Comfortable, calm and easy”

The room was spacious, the location quiet, and the communal kettle and fridge facilities were nice. Communication with staff was easy. I didn’t realize it was off the road, but it was easy to get to the main road on foot or by tuk‑tuk with my luggage. The owner had their own tuk‑tuk and helped me to my pick‑up point the morning of check‑out, so it wasn’t a problem.
