The staff were polite, but the location was inconvenient. There were no convenience stores or shopping spots nearby, so I had to shop in the city before checking in. Also, the open‑air bath was not available at all.

All alcohol was unlimited, which is great for heavy drinkers. The spring water was good and left my skin smooth. The food was bad. The room was damp, the tatami was old, and there was a lot of dust in the corners, with moldy smell and black mold on the window frame. The open‑air bath was broken. The room’s hot water system was broken and no hot water came out. There was no vending machine for alcoholic drinks. Wi‑Fi was broken. The floors everywhere were uneven and wobbly, giving a feeling of instability. I had to lay the futon myself.

“繁忙期の値上げ価格だと絶対わりに合わない。通常価格で1泊だけならおすすめできる。”

内装はきれいだった。お部屋も素敵で晩御飯が美味しかった。従業員さんがとても積極的に接客してくれた。高龍神社という地元の方が大事にされている神社に徒歩5分で行ける。雰囲気は◎. 2泊したのだが、1泊目と2泊目で食事のメニューが９０％同じだったのがすごく損した気分になった。1泊目の晩御飯で感動したのに、2泊目で同じメニュー、同じ説明を始めようとしたので流石にしんどくなった。宿泊した4階には常設WiFiが無く、ポータブルWiFiを借りられるが、基本1時間毎に返却して他のお客の予約がないか→なければ1時間延長できる仕組み。二日間何度も受付と部屋を行き来した為、さすがに不便な印象が強く残った。旅館側で他の予約が入るまで使ってていいといった配慮があってもいいと思う。宿泊期間中露天風呂が故障中とのことで使用できなかった（事前連絡なし）入浴を重視するなら他の宿かも。従業員さんがとても好印象だったのに、偉い方？は何度話しても部屋番号から覚えてくれてなくて、ギャップがすごかった。
