Marisol from housekeeping and Tisha at the front desk were extremely helpful, nice, and friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family and professionally resolved a room issue. The rooms had a strong humidity and mold odor.
The location was good. The bathroom in our room was too small, the door was too big, and we couldn’t even fit in. It was horrible 😞

In our room the couch had stains, there was a musty smell, and the A/C and TV didn’t work. We couldn’t stay there and had to find another place.
