The Capital Suites Hotel

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious, but the curtains were all ripped and looked like they'd been there for a very long time. I didn’t know the hotel was under construction, and every morning at 8:00 a.m. there was loud banging from above our room. My wife and I are night owls, we went to bed at 5:00 a.m., and we woke up at 8:00 a.m. with that loud bang from the construction workers. We didn’t see the paper by the register that said the hotel was under construction, and the staff behind the desk didn’t disclose that. Because of this, we didn’t get much sleep during our stay.

“The staff were great and attentive, the rooms were spacious, I will stay again if the property is spruced up.”

It was in downtown and the location was perfect, but it’s dated and needs a refurbishment, especially with a properly functioning kitchenette.

The rooms are clean and modern, but there are no charger base stations.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, but breakfast was canceled this week because of Christmas week; we paid for it, but the front‑desk staff handled the accommodation. The place is older, yet you can see the effort to keep it well maintained and safe.

“Great location will be back.”

The restaurant was fantastic, especially the eggs benedict, and the night‑shift receptionist was incredibly friendly. However, when I tried to book the room, I didn’t get the best price that Marriott offered.
