We had a bit of a rough start to our stay - the hotel was supposed to pick us up from the airport, but there was a problem and we ended up waiting around for 45 minutes. To make up for it, they gave us a fantastic dinner at a nearby restaurant, which was really nice of them.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly, which was great. However, I was a bit surprised that they charged for hot water - seems like a pretty basic thing to include.

The location of this hotel was pretty good, that's about it for positives. The breakfast was basically non-existent and there was no hot water for making coffee, which was a bit of a letdown.

I had a great stay here - the breakfast was really good and the bed was super comfy. The hotel's location is perfect, close to the center but not too close to all the noise. My only gripe is that there were a bunch of roosters outside that started crowing way too early in the morning. Overall, it was a solid choice.

The staff here, especially Manuel, were really friendly and helpful - I loved their warm welcomes! I didn't really have any issues during my stay, so that's a plus.
