The worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel: no cleanliness, a foul smell from the rooms, and rude staff. There were rats and cockroaches in my room, and they didn’t even provide clean towels.

Very old, only the reception is great, but the rooms are the worst—small and smelly. The bathrooms are dirty, and no shower works.

Nothing. They literally charged 550rs for extra for 2 hours early check in. Rooms aren't clean paying 3k for those rooms isn't worth

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The rooms were dirty and lacked basic furniture like an almirah or table, which made it hard to unpack and relax. To make matters worse, there were mosquitoes buzzing around and the noise from outside was constant. The breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but they charged us for it because we'd requested it an hour early. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The cleanliness and politeness of the staff were the highlights of my stay. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were always smiling and willing to help. The location was also great, with plenty of nearby attractions to explore.
