Breakfast was good, but there were no toiletries, no towel changes, and the greeting was odd—only the trainee seemed to care about us, while the rest of the staff seemed to ignore us.

The vibe was friendly and the staff were pleasant, giving the place a cool atmosphere. Nothing else to mention.

The location was very nice, close to the center, breakfast was excellent, the pool water was cold but the jacuzzi was fine, yet I didn’t like the three trash bins in the hallway right by the room entrance or the ladder someone had set up.

Everything was comfy, the cleanliness was spotless everywhere, and the food was very good and varied. My grandkids loved the big field where they could play football and basketball. The pool was also great, and they especially enjoyed the "cold water bucket". I was also enchanted by Mielna and Karpacz.
