Friendly hosts run a bar and restaurant downstairs with genuinely good food, right in the heart of the town and in a great spot. The room is really tight—fine for us (not large or heavy‑set women), but for bigger or heavier guests the room and bathroom are far too cramped.

Simple clean room, good crisp white bedding, good shower. Very nice breakfast with plenty of options. We were worried about noise from the bar below but apart from hearing happy birthday sung once before 10.30 we heard nothing else

From the outset the staff were amazing, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms stayed spotless. No complaints.
