The owner was very friendly, the atmosphere felt like family, and we shared many great stories and laughed a lot. The hotel is secure and close to the center of Lourdes, offering a fresh way to experience the pilgrimage by getting to know the real life of the locals, with the market, the Sacred Heart church, the town hall, and many other buildings nearby. The room’s lighting is dim even though it’s functional, and it’s a bit small for a family of three, but since we only used it for sleeping it wasn’t a problem.

I landed late, but the staff let me check in without hassle, and the room, though small, was functional. The location was great, service was friendly, and the amenities met my needs. The only downside was the traffic noise and the heat that made it impossible to keep the windows closed.
