The new property is great and situated in a convenient area. Unfortunately, we found no hot water on our wing and ended up taking cold showers instead. 🥶

The restaurant was good, but the hotel claimed they were hacked and that caused a problem with my reservation.

I loved how clean the inside of the building had looked. The family that I came with up for vacation during the weekend of mothers day, we were all very excited and looking forward for the stay and festivities. When we had showed up to the hotel to check in, it was late, we had just drove 8 1/2 to 9 hours from Iowa to stay to visit family. We show up at the hotel and our told that we have no reservations. We stated to the front desk that we had conformation numbers, could pay when we get there and then were told that our reservations were cancelled, and that our reservations were no longer valid, and gave away our rooms. So, not only did we have to find somewhere else to stay, which mind you, was not easy! Not only that, we had to unfortunately tell the kids that we brought with that there we weren't going to get to go to the nice hotel to go swimming like we had planned. Next time, that should be a policy with the hotels that you book with, that it should state something that shows that the room should be paid by a specific time, not told that we can come in any time to after booking the room

The room was very spacious, clean, and packed with amenities, and it’s close to many restaurants. We chose the location mainly for the charging facilities and the kids’ pool, but after we entered the pool, a family with other parents dropped off kids for a pool birthday party, making it unsafe for our 6‑year‑old who was still learning to swim.
