The place is centrally located, very quiet, everything close by, and the host welcomed me even though I arrived late. The TV had no channels, and water kept running in the toilet. It didn’t bother me too much, but having a working TV would have been nice for evenings in Viterbo.

We were warmly welcomed by Daniele, who went out of his way to accommodate us after a mix‑up with our arrival time and explained all the services in detail, even giving us city‑wide tips. The shared kitchen‑living area was handy, and he paid attention to little things like putting water in the room. Nothing was missing; everything was perfect and a pleasant surprise.

The location and the staff were great: the guesthouse sits in the most charming and characteristic part of Viterbo, San Pellegrino. There’s free parking a 10‑minute walk away and a bike‑garage. Daniele is very friendly and helpful with anything that comes up. The place feels welcoming, tidy, and clean, and there’s a fridge in the room and a microwave in the common area with all the kitchen utensils. The only downside is that the air‑conditioning and bathroom recirculation units are a bit old‑fashioned, so they’re slow but still get the job done.
