The stay was very good, but one flaw: when we arrived in the middle of the night it was hard to park in the garage because there were only two tight corners, and the front‑desk staff said parking was complimentary, which I think is wrong because I always check for parking.

The staff at Banho Café were helpful, but when I asked for an extra pillow the hotel didn’t have one, which left me a bit upset.

The accommodation was excellent and the room was spacious. The reception was attentive, breakfast was great, and it’s close to the city center. We even watched a game at Alfredo Jaconi! However, the location, the room, and breakfast were not perfect.
