A quiet spot right in the middle of nature! The only drawback was that it was a 10‑minute walk to the beach.

The receptionist was very kind and always ready to help, which made a difference for our stay, yet he seemed to work nonstop with no free time at all; hiring more staff would be advisable.

We never stayed even one of the three nights we had booked; the place is far from Uppaveli Beach’s center, the access road is steep, unlit, and completely isolated even by car; the room assigned to us was small and dark, and they only accept cash—not credit cards—so we had to pay for one night when we canceled the same day.

The young man running Woody Cabana is incredibly kind and helpful; he doesn’t speak much English but still tries to communicate via Google Translate, making our stay even better; the cabins are dark, but that isn’t a problem.
