A charming place with genuine comfort; the staff and management are incredibly attentive and flexible with check‑in and check‑out times. The property is easy to find. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The pool is a dream! The food is superb! We’ll gladly return—thank you for everything 🥰

The room was impeccably clean and the grounds were awesome and beautiful. They wouldn’t leave the AC on as we had requested, and we walked into an oven on the first night—it was utterly miserable. It took hours for the AC to bring the temperature to bearable, and we didn’t sleep well; even after asking for the air to be left on, we came home to a hot room and miserable conditions. We were never offered a briefing of the grounds or facilities, didn’t know if we could use the pool, etc. We tried our best to stay away as much as possible; we didn’t feel welcomed—just our experience.

From the moment we arrived we were treated as very special guests with a lovely warm welcome from Hind. We had a lovely room with an en‑suite bathroom, air conditioning, and it was extremely quiet. The pool area was great, the pool was clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of sun loungers for all guests. The food was excellent, offering a wide choice from Moroccan dishes to burgers, chips, spaghetti bolognese, and vegan options, plus a good selection of alcoholic drinks. Hind and Ismail were exceptionally good at looking after and caring for all our needs and were always happy to recommend local restaurants, sights to visit locally or in Marrakech. We loved our stay at Casa Taos and would have no hesitation in recommending it most highly; we would definitely stay there again. The only downside was that thermostatic valves in showers and basins would be useful, as the hot water is very hot and it’s tricky to adjust the taps to get the right temperature.

A peaceful haven just 20 min from Marrakech’s center, tastefully decorated. Breakfast was excellent, featuring plenty of local products. The room was very nice and the bedding extremely comfortable. The staff were very attentive. The food was good, but the prices are still high compared to the average in Marrakech.

The décor was beautiful and the setting serene, complete with lovely fountains and a stunning pool. The road leading up to the property was so bumpy that I wondered if we had made the right choice.
