The resort’s vibe was decent, but the Wi‑Fi was almost unusable and breakfast was awful for the price. On top of that, the shuttle to the market didn’t actually drop us off; the manager charged a fee for a pickup that wasn’t provided.

The view was great and the structure itself was nice, but the location was awful—an hour from town, so taxis wouldn’t even come. The staff weren’t very efficient; we found the room dirty, though the director eventually compensated us.

“This is not a good hotel. Not 5 stars. No for this price. Maybe it's a 3 star hotel.”

Actually nothing. I have no idea how this can be a 5 star accomodation. No english speaking staff. No cleaning. No new towels. No food. No good matress. Very expensive
