I was kicked out of the hotel because I was on a Block list, even though my reservation existed; nobody was around, so they didn’t even bother to honor it. The service was a real letdown.

I felt pretty comfortable overall, but the bathroom hygiene was lacking, the room was too hot, and the vibe felt a bit informal.
