The view from the accommodation is truly beautiful, especially on the upper floor, far surpassing the room price. The private water reservoir feels peaceful, and the property only has 6 rooms across 3 buildings. Rooms come equipped with a fridge, TV, and microwave, making reheating food convenient. If you book the whole building you get a lot of privacy, though the stairs are steep when booking two rooms. The staff were not very helpful. Small insects were present in the rooms, and they weren't as clean as expected; when lights were on, tiny moths would come in (though they didn't bother guests). The extra bed was a flat mattress on the floor, uncomfortable, and initially they didn't add it even though extra money was paid; instead they offered a large bed for three people.

I’m giving a 10 because previous reviews were unfair or things have changed. The view is lovely, the balcony is great, the location is quiet, and the place is clean. There’s a big fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. Early check‑in is allowed, parking is available, and a shop and restaurant are next door. The bed is a UK queen (120 cm) instead of a US queen (160 cm), which is fine for couples or solo travelers. The room is small, and breakfast is very basic.

I only stayed one night but really liked it. The view of the reservoir is stunning, and the area is calm and pleasant. I wanted to stop on my way between Krabi and Nakhon Si Thammarat. A big staircase leads down to the rooms. The room is basic but adequate. The bed is comfortable, there’s a large fridge, a microwave, and a TV if needed. It’s ideal for relaxing and walking around.
