The service, especially breakfast, and the location were excellent; the rooms were fairly large, carpeted, and clean. The steep stairs and lack of a refrigerator in the room were drawbacks.

Very central, large rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff—great! Unfortunately, we weren't told there was no elevator, and it was tough for older people to climb three flights of stairs. It also got cold in the evening because the radiators were switched off and we couldn't adjust them.

The rooms on the third floor had no elevator, which was exhausting for us older ladies, especially with luggage. They should have considered the age of the travelers.
