The location was pleasant and allowed for relaxation. The shared kitchen was well equipped and there was ample parking for guests. The garden and grill area were nice, and check‑in was easy with clear instructions from the owners. Unfortunately the place wasn’t clean; the floor in the room was dirty and both the room and bathroom looked heavily worn. The room was tiny, making it hard to find space even to unpack.

The place sits 15 minutes from Karpacz or Szklarska, close to shops, with a large parking lot and a garden that has a grill gazebo. The kitchen comes fully equipped, rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathrooms are spacious. I also had a balcony with a lovely view. The owner’s communication was top‑class.

The owners worked hard and the accommodations were very clean, providing great amenities and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. I stayed for too short a time, but I’ll definitely come back.
