The hotel is stunning, with highly professional staff who are always available and smiling. The property is very clean, the bedding is good, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The sea view is amazing, especially at sunset. Breakfast is tasty, plentiful, and changes daily. The hotel is well‑situated in a charming village, just 200 m from restaurants and very close to the beach, so everything is walkable. A bus stop is nearby for inexpensive excursions, and a public parking lot is close to the hotel. A great market is only 10 m away, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it; Panormos is the most beautiful village in Crete that I’ve seen after traveling around the entire North for 15 days. No negatives.

The place was spotless and super cozy, with stylish décor that made it feel really pleasant. Breakfast arrived at my door and was excellent, and the staff were friendly and lovely.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and responded quickly to our requests. One small improvement would be to let guests choose the breakfast composition served in the room. No negatives.

Had the most amazing stay here. Breakfast delivered every morning. No rush for sunbeds. Quiet. Clean. Short walk to town and beach or ideally placed to travel via car to other towns and exploring. Cannot wait to visit again next year. A superb find for us. Thank you again. Nothing
