The nostalgic interior and good breakfast were nice, and parking could be booked for €6 a day. In late September we had a bit of a cold in the room, but the heating was turned on in the evening. At the main entrance, under the stairs, there was a pothole on the sidewalk; I stepped out onto it that night and my knee hurt.

The room offered plenty of privacy and comfort, and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. I was slightly annoyed by the sounds from the floor above—footsteps and talking could be heard.
