Location, staff friendliness, clean and spacious room, easy check-in and check-out process
“Very nice”
Location and value for money. Lift are kinda small
Only the location. The staff lack a cooperative spirit and appear emotionally unstable. You have to pay for everything at the hotel—even a toothbrush—and they charge a fee if you request a late check-out, such as an hour or two. Furthermore, there is an unpleasant odor in the lobby and hallways
“Excellent”
L’hôtel est très bien situé Il est classe et propre,le personnel a le sourire et est efficace Très arrangeant et réactif au moindre soucis Les chambres sont belles bien entretenue Tout est parfait Le petit dej est copieux. Rien
“Great hotel, accommodating staff, and if it wasn’t raining so bad the pool could be used”
Location, room size, staff are brilliant. Construction work, and pool area could do with a refresh, but it will all be improved for my next stay
