Nice receptionist who spoke English and was cooperative. The room smelled worse than an ashtray, with a strong cigarette odor from the bed the day before. The neighboring rooms were very loud and, because of the thin walls, it felt like they were shouting inside. I even went to complain at 2 am and again at 4 am, and they kept it up all night.
