The host was kind and flexible; she let me check in early and even stored my luggage on the day my bus left in the evening. She shared many public‑transport tips for sightseeing. I used earplugs to block the road noise.

The beds were comfortable, but the parking info on the app was wrong; the parking is elsewhere and not managed by the hotel, so you have to find a nearby spot yourself. The breakfast was disappointing, with a lot of water in the juices.

They showed me how to get to the Chanchan ruins and the Wanchako beach by bus, and I could hop on the bus right in front of me, which was super convenient. The room was clean and the breakfast tasty. Even though it’s a bit out of town, it didn’t bother me at all. I couldn’t do laundry in the room, though.
