Breakfast was good and the location is great, close to tram, bus, and DW Centralny; thanks for the room upgrade! The room does let you hear noisy people from the hallway.

A pleasant and comfortable hotel suitable for both short trips and longer holidays, but the check‑in at the front desk left a bad first impression. The staff member showed little initiative to find an alternative way to provide the booked room. Even though I had already given my room number, the system initially couldn’t locate the information because a single wrong letter had been entered. As a result, the check‑in took more than 10 minutes. In such a situation, it would have helped if they had asked for my ID right away or verified the details in another way. Overall, I would have liked a more attentive and solution‑oriented approach.

Czystość , wygodne łóżka , dobry zasięg WiFi, dosyć dobra lokalizacja , dobre smaczne śniadanie. Za dużo chloru na basenie . Trudny bezpośredni kontakt telefoniczny z hotelem podczas rezerwacji wymusił dokonanie rezerwacji przez booking co uniemożliwiło wszelką elastyczność zmian w dostosowaniu zadanych przeze mnie warunków pobytu w hotelu
