Everything was perfect—room, breakfast, staff, hospitality—except the bed, which was uncomfortable and sore the back. They might fix it if asked, but why do they even offer that kind of bed? Still, thanks for the great hospitality.

The view from the rooftop balcony was the best thing, the room was clean and the bed was fluffy, and the staff were very kind and always asked if I needed anything, so I felt at ease.
