I didn't find anything, but before checking in the phno that was mentioned wasn't working, so I directly reached the hotel, and everything is fine
The place is close to shops and restaurants, and Igede went above and beyond with excellent customer service. Breakfast was very nice 😊. The noise level at night was loud every night, making it hard to sleep, and I got insect bites from something in the bed.
The spot is great, especially the rooms with a view of the pool. One of the bedside power outlets didn’t work, and they forgot to include a comforter.

The location is ideal, just a 5‑minute walk from the busiest street and about 10 minutes to Monkey Forest Street, which is very convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only hiccup was that the ceiling fan in our room wasn’t working on the first night; after we let the staff know, they replaced it the next day—efficient and kind. The toilet was a bit old; even after cleaning, stains, a smell, and a look that didn’t match the picture were still present. Despite that, the price makes it worth it.
