I really enjoyed the breakfast and liked the location, with several bars and restaurants nearby, but the air‑conditioning in my room was faulty; after reporting it twice they finally moved me to another room where the AC worked properly.

The hotel’s location is good, the mattress and pillows comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the breakfast superb. Yet the rooms need repairs, as does the spa area. In my room the sink was clogged, the shower head was poorly secured and leaked, and the toilet paper holder had fallen apart from age. There was no capsule coffee machine, the towels were gray and child‑size from constant use, and the room lacked disposable items like caps, toiletry kits, and shoe sponges. In the spa, the old hammam had a distinct odor, a faucet in the wall leaked, and there was no steam. I didn’t stay there for more than 5 minutes. The pool also had old tiles, making it look uncomfortable and uninviting; swimming didn’t appeal to me. A cap is required in the pool, but no information is provided, and they sell one for 3500 tng at reception. Overall, the hotel barely justifies a weak 4 ★ rating, yet the price per night is firmly a 5 ★.
