Nothing. , No lift, no space in rooms to even walk. I don't know why the rooms have been tagged as delux. Description said that an extra bed free of cost can be availed, but no space is room to put a mattress. On asking for a space to put an extra mattress showed us a different room and asked for extra charges. The hotel description says 1 car parking but there is no dedicated parking. They asked us to park on the road. Looking at all this we refused to stay and left the place.asked for a refund but no response on that. The sad part is no one is available to address this even on call. Just a request can be sent through the app and they expect guests to coordinate with property. Sad experience I will think 10 times going forward for any booking

The team was attentive in helping us get internet access and in giving us city guidance. The only downside was that there was a work table in the room.

I had a solid stay overall, but the linens and overall cleanliness could use some improvement.

The staff were unprofessional. They made false promises, there was no restaurant, and breakfast was brought from a roadside stall in plastic packets. The hotel is low‑grade and not worth the price.
