“meraviglioso”
Perfect shower, right location, great coffee. Nothing else.
The location was great and the customer service via Booking and WhatsApp was helpful, but the bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
“Nefasto”
I would never recommend booking here; they left us stranded on the street when we arrived at 9 p.m. for check‑in, even after notifying them, and they didn’t respond to WhatsApp. We had to book another hotel and lose the money we’d already paid because they don’t refund. On top of that, they demand a €200 deposit and if you’re even 30 minutes late to check‑in—plus the front desk is far from the accommodation—you’re charged €40. Terrible service, I don’t recommend it.
I still haven’t gotten the refund.
There was little clarity.
