I love that its very convenient in its location, the rooms were clean and spacious as me and my partner usually out all day for our schedules so we didn't need that much. The breakfast was good as well. We didnt like the location of the laundry area, felt a little bit unsafe as it is near the parking a bit far from the entrance of the hotel

The price was affordable, the spot was convenient, the staff were friendly, and parking on the premises was available, but the bathroom had a bit of mold and something dirty under the vanity ran down to the floor.

The hotel’s location near the tram stop, Southern Cross station, and the price was very good; the bed was comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful, yet the air conditioner was very noisy, the room and bathroom were tiny, the TV was poorly positioned, and there was nowhere to sit comfortably.
