The staff at this place were a real highlight—without any prompting they were super helpful, attentive, and welcoming all through our stay. A 24/7 reception desk made everything smooth and convenient, giving a strong sense of reliability at any hour. The location also offers great everyday convenience; although not right on the main action, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are within a comfortable walking distance, so grabbing a bite or picking up essentials is easy without a car. On the downside, the initial room setup fell short on basic cleanliness: the towels and blankets were not clean, but the staff replaced them promptly when we asked, which should have been checked and fresh before check‑in. Also, the place is quite far from Arbat Street and other major city attractions, a major drawback because you constantly have to rely on booking cabs to get anywhere interesting.

The place is well‑situated, just a half‑hour from the airport, with plenty of cafés, shops, and a currency exchange nearby; the city centre is another half‑hour away. The room was simple but clean, and housekeeping came every day, making it perfect for a short stay. I could check in early and leave later without extra charge, which was very convenient. The water pressure was weak and there was no soap, but the rest—gel, shampoo, toothbrush—were all provided.
