The hotel sits in the jungle, giving a relaxed feel, a nice view, a natural vibe, and the staff were very helpful, but the room was relatively dark, more lighting would be nice, there’s no air conditioning and it’s very humid, which would be better.

The view from the room opened up to nature under an open sky, but the meals were lacking, there was no transport option, and the slope to reach the rooms was very steep.

The view and jungle setting were impressive, but reaching the hotel was a challenge because the 300‑meter walk involved a steep uphill climb.

The place was quiet and very authentic, yet it sat high on a hill, making the walk up inconvenient; we negotiated with the landlord to have a taxi arranged for both directions.
