The place is quiet and peaceful, plenty of parking, and the view from both terraces is great. We had everything we expected from the service. I would suggest adding a small cooler or fridge in each room for guests’ convenience.

It’s in a quiet zone, and all services—bars, restaurants, etc.—are within walking distance, just 5 minutes to the beautiful thermal baths. The owner is super helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious and matches the description. The shared kitchen is convenient for using the fridge space. It’s lovely to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace. We highly recommend it.

The cleanliness, location, and price are good. The bed is old, the mattress is uncomfortable, there are no nightstands, and the neighbors were noisy (any kind of noise—shouting, yelling, and all related sounds). They also occupied the common areas. The rooms could be better sound‑proofed. Even though it’s very cheap, I wouldn’t come back.

“Buena opcion calidad-precio para ver los Lagos de Rila”

We were looking forward to seeing the Rila lakes the next morning, and the place fit that plan perfectly. The staff were friendly and the value for money was great. The room was part of a private house where the owners live, so it was very simple, had a unique decor, and there was no shower curtain.
