The property was splendid, the hostess wonderful, and the room comfortable; we had an excellent time and the place radiated good vibes. The estate sits in the countryside, a good pub is a few minutes’ drive away, and we would have liked a guesthouse‑style table there, but everything else was perfect.

Everything was fine: a large room with a good bed, a spacious bathroom, a very quiet rural setting yet close to Salisbury and Stonehenge; Fiona was friendly and helpful, always giving detailed info when asked, and you can charge your electric car there.

The house was welcoming and beautiful, our room very comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast (as much as we could eat) in lovely surroundings; everything was lovely.
