The area is calm, with everything needed nearby, and the metro is only 1 km away, so walking to the city center was convenient.

The cleanliness was exemplary, towels were changed daily, the mattress was very comfortable, and the in‑room Jacuzzi added a big plus; communication with the owner was very good. Public transport was close to the accommodation. There were no negatives.
