The hotel mistakenly charged my bank card 74,500 EGP instead of 4,450 EGP, told me the excess would be refunded within a day, but the money has never returned, leaving me without funds needed for a surgery I had planned during my stay; this unacceptable handling has left me still waiting for my money.

The staff were the only good part of the hotel. The building itself is old, and the bathrooms are extremely outdated.

This hotel is excellent in every way—from the services to the warm welcome. The team works as one, making you feel at home. I sincerely thank every employee: security, front desk, room service, laundry, and the restaurant crew. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Saeed at reception for his courteous, polished, and highly professional demeanor. It was a wonderful stay and I will definitely return.

Everything from the spotless rooms to the attentive service felt superb, and the staff’s exceptional attitude made a big difference. The check‑in went flawlessly thanks to the courteous brother Abdul Hamid at the front desk, who truly deserves my gratitude, and I would highly recommend staying here.
