The food was good and varied, and the sea water was warm and clean. At check‑in we were given a room that didn’t match our request, but the issue was fixed quickly; I didn’t like having to move my luggage to another room – that wasn’t my fault, and it would have been nicer if the staff handled the transfer.

“Tolles Hotel”

The hotel was very clean and there was plenty of food. The staff cleared tables quickly and politely, and the personnel were very helpful. There were many restaurants on the property, the beach was nearby, and there were always enough sun loungers on the beach. Several bazaars and supermarkets were in the vicinity. Because the hotel is large, there were many people eating, and plates were thrown away, which was really sad; the hotel should do something about that.

“Vacaciones en familia”

We liked the location and the beach shuttle, but being with a two‑year‑old we were placed in a building‑right‑by‑the‑pool room where loud music at midday and night kept the child from sleeping; we had asked for a crib in the reservation and it wasn’t there until after midnight when we called, and it was a shame that by 6:30 am the pool was already full of towels reserving sunbeds. One morning at 9:30 we finally snagged a sunbed, yet the people who had left towels there didn’t return until after 11:30, and by the time we left for lunch at 13:30 no one had shown up. The timed opening of the slides makes no sense, and the buffet staff were a bit sloppy – they wiped tables with a napkin without changing the cloth that another guest had just used, never cleaned the floor, and even left a plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce on the ground after a server dropped it. Closing the buffet at 21:00 while they were still taking food away at 20:30 felt odd, and charging for every children’s activity after dark was unreasonable. One night no one entered to clean our room, and when they did, they barely changed the sheets, merely stretching the fitted sheet.
