“Humble, clean, good location”

We only paid for the room, no breakfast, but the place was solid. Two beds – a queen and a sofa bed that actually sat well. The apartment is small and basic, yet spotless, cleaned daily, and the staff are incredibly courteous. It’s practically on North Beach, just a few meters away, and the Primorsko area is quiet, a ten‑minute walk from the city center. The downside was two nights of extremely loud, drunken neighbors who were completely out of control and kept us up. We told management the next day and they responded swiftly, putting notice letters on the offending guests’ doors to stop the disturbance.

“We’d visit again but hope there would be some improvements.”

The spot was convenient, quiet yet close to shops, the bed was comfy, the room was tidy, and the sheets and towels were changed promptly; the host was very responsive and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, with plenty of storage for our suitcases. However, the cleaning missed a few details—there was a spider web in the kitchen, and I had to swap the utensil cupboard with the lower one because it was water‑logged and smelled bad. A portable hairdryer was provided, but a better one would be preferable. Guests should not be allowed to use the pool after hours; in the morning we were woken by people in the pool, and at 12 pm in the evening others were still using it while we tried to sleep. Parking was impossible for the entire 10‑day stay; we had to drive off‑road to a nearby construction site. In the bedroom there was only one bedside cupboard, no mirror, and the furniture seemed outdated.

The place was very clean and comfortable, just a short walk from the beach, and the pool was nice with friendly staff. The only issue was a small leak from the bathroom sink.

The hotel is well‑known and we keep coming back. It’s a short walk to the sea where you can lay your towel almost anywhere on the pleasant sand and relax; the water was unbelievably clean. The third bed was bad, there was a loud noise one evening but otherwise everything was fine. There were very few dishes—just one pan.
