The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the only awkward thing was the proximity to the red‑light district, which made the weekends a bit noisy at night.

Its closeness to Susukino was convenient, and I couldn't think of any other issues.

Great location, good value for money. Staff only changes towels when making the room. If you request "full cleaning", the only difference is they place the (un)used pajamas back on top of the bed. No change of bed sheets, no cleaning the toilet, no cleaning used mugs. Not very clear what "full cleaning" means. Tiny toilet
