The location is perfect. However, there’s a cold, lingering cigarette smell in the shared areas—stairs, corridor, and breakfast nook.

"La Petite Irlande" is a stunning guesthouse. Everything is immaculate. The house’s dining area is beautifully crafted with fine materials. The bedroom and bathroom are large, with elegant décor that feels luxurious and very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the view from the room overlooking Cap de la Hague is breathtaking (see photo). The breakfasts are excellent, served by the very friendly owner who also offers great advice. The restaurant across the street is outstanding. Nothing—everything is perfect!

The room is very pleasant and spacious, situated in a beautiful remote spot. After cycling 80 km that day, I was delayed and informed the host twice in the afternoon that I wouldn’t arrive on time; a not‑very‑pleasant remark was made. Breakfast is served until 10 am, but by 9:50 am everything is already put away, so we can’t re‑serve ourselves—disappointing.

A very pleasant stay at La Petite Irlande. The room was newly refurbished, very clean, and well‑equipped, with small touches that mattered: coffee, tea, water, and bathrobes. The welcome was warm and the host gave good restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was complete with quality products. We recommend this place without hesitation!
