“Hôtel correct, propre mais très bruyant.”

The place is close to the center and all shops, and the owner is very friendly. The balcony is for smoking and putting wet items down. The wooden building is not insulated at all, neither acoustically nor thermally. You can request the AC for an extra fee. Our room faced the street, so sleeping without earplugs was impossible! There is no window shutter 😬 and the door to the outside is just a simple shutter. No storage (wardrobe, dresser, hangers…) only a small console with a kettle.

“A great place to rest as you make your way elsewhere”

The owner and family are very accommodating, and booking transport to other areas through them is easy. Laundry services were great. This was our second stay on our way to Lanta. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The pier and markets are a short walk away. The heat wave made sleeping uncomfortable, but we figured out the air‑con and it worked after that. Weird. We set it to 17, it felt warm, then to 20 it started working. Finicky, I guess.

Everything was good: the bed, the cleanliness, the welcome! The host arranged a transfer to Koh Yao Noi that went very well. Small anecdote: I had forgotten an ear‑bud and the host found it and set it aside! The exchanges were quick and smooth (thanks again!). We stayed a second night when we returned from Koh Lanta.

It was good and practical, there was a shower and three toilets that could also be used for showering, plus an extra sink in the hallway. The location was great and the rooms were good.

“Très bon rapport qualité prix”

The staff were very smiling and friendly. The place was clean. The room price was also very advantageous. The mattress might have been a bit hard, the duvet was too small to share between two people. I was also a bit bothered by the very bright air‑con for sleeping.
