“Brilliant borei”
Everything was great, so I’ll definitely stay here again. Nothing to add.
“Close to the city centre, but not in it”
The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The pool and gym were excellent. The bed was comfy and the bath was great, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of western and local dishes, and it was quiet. It’s a bit off the main bustle but close enough to hop on a tuk‑tuk to the city if needed. The place feels a little dated, but that won’t stop me from returning. The restaurants are pricey, so we ate inside and around Pub Street.

The staff were very polite. However, there were bugs in the room and the dining area, and despite reporting it, nothing was resolved.

The workers were kind and the service was good. They let us use the facilities until our night bus left. I would improve the option to extend check‑out later for a lower fee than a full day’s reservation, but that is offset by free use of the spa showers.
“Ten out of ten, fair square!”
The hotel was absolutely superb, with staff that were both professional and hospitable. Every detail—from the room and WiFi to the restaurants, breakfast, swimming pool, spa, and gym—was top quality. I truly enjoyed my entire stay and hope to return someday. There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel.
