PLUM Hotel Palereman Batu

I got a refund, but it was terrible and not handled properly.

The refund process was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. It wasn't handled properly, which was frustrating.

“Disappointed..!it’s fucked”

I'm still trying to wrap my head around how a place like this is allowed to operate as a hotel. The moment I checked in, I knew I had to get out of there - it was disgusting, with broken everything, no running water, and a general air of neglect. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping, and I ended up leaving within a couple of hours to find a better place to stay.

“Disaster”

Unfortunately, my experience was pretty underwhelming. The parking situation was a nightmare - my car got blocked in, and the staff didn't seem to care. To make matters worse, the shower wasn't working properly.
