The property sits right in the middle of the tourist buzz and is just 10 minutes from Olbia airport. The room, with a private renovated bathroom, was spotless and came stocked with all the usual comforts and a few extras. Host Torre was remarkably kind and generous. The only downside was the cramped room, but for a short stay that was fine.

We spent a dreamy five days there. The place is close to the center, the promenade, shops, bars, restaurants, and public transport – we even took trips to Porto Palau, Porto Istana, and Bados beach. Margherita House isn’t a hotel; it feels like home. Everything was tidy and clean (they do daily housekeeping, change towels and sheets every three days). I didn’t expect the reception to be so good. The owner can pick you up from the airport and drop you back off – he’s a GREAT person. One day, it was my daughter’s birthday – he left a surprise for us: a cake, prosecco, even Coca and Fanta. Thanks again!

Great location, right in the heart of Olbia, close to restaurants, bars, shops and monuments. The room was spacious, clean, fully equipped with every comfort and detail. There’s a coffee machine, kettle and everything you need for breakfast, including a fridge with water and juices. Waste sorting is excellent. The bathroom is roomy with a hairdryer and high‑quality towels. The bed is comfortable and the linens are superb. I’d recommend it for any stay, even long ones, thanks to the nearby bus stop that takes you to the beaches. They also provide folding umbrellas and beach towels. I appreciated the flexibility with check‑in and check‑out, allowing me to leave my luggage for a few hours. Thanks Tore, you welcomed us with genuine Sardinian warmth and friendliness. Highly recommended.
