The room was clean and comfortable, yet I had to look up how to operate the DVD player and the tea and sugar supply was a bit lacking.

The location was fine, but the room was uncomfortably warm, had a musty odor, and mold above the double bed that triggered my partner’s allergies, forcing us to leave early. The bathroom was cramped, offering only a small glass shelf for toiletries, and the toilet paper holder was broken. It seemed unvacuumed, with a dust smell, and the ceiling light and fan were only reachable by a 7‑foot‑tall person. On top of that, the freezer wasn’t functioning properly.

The location is great and the facilities are well arranged, but the noise from neighboring rooms—walking, talking, showering—caused severe sleep disruption, with vibrations traveling through the building.
