The hotel’s location was acceptable, but the staff behaved poorly: we had paid for breakfast in advance and the hotel didn’t provide it, no bottled water was offered, toiletries were missing, and at 10:50 a receptionist called to remind us that checkout was at 11 am sharp or a penalty would apply.

The spot was convenient, the air conditioning worked well, and the WiFi held up nicely. However, we had to lug our own luggage straight to the room, only two hand wash soaps were in the bathroom, no towels were provided, and they don’t take credit cards.
